1. Discovery

Once you inquire, we’ll hop on a call to chat through where you’re at, what’s not working, and what you’d love to see change. I’ll ask you the right questions to get clear on your goals and vision. You’ll fill out a quick client questionnaire and send over any content you have my way.

2. Strategy

Behind every great website is a solid plan. I’ll map out your content, page flow, and design — including strategic copywriting if you need it. Whether we’re starting from scratch or refining what you have, I make sure it connects with your ideal client and supports your vision and goals.

3. Design

Here’s where it comes to life. I build your custom Squarespace website that is mobile-optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with your brand. No templates. No fluff. Just a high-functioning, easy-to-navigate site you’ll be proud to share.

4. Revisions

Once the first version is ready, you’ll have time to review and share your thoughts. We’ll go through up to three rounds of revisions to make sure it looks and feels just right.

5. Training

Before we go live, I’ll walk you through your new website so you know exactly how to make updates and change basic text and images. You’ll feel confident navigating your website, without relying on a web designer for every little thing.

6. Launch

Once everything is approved, your site gets published. Your website goes live and starts doing what it was designed to do — support your growth and make it easier for the right people to find and trust you.

7. Support

Once your site goes live, I’m still here. You’ll receive 30 days of post-launch support for any small issues or questions that may come up, from light troubleshooting to quick tweaks. Most launches are smooth, but if something does pop up, you’re covered.

- Home, About, Services, Contact, Our Work (Portfolio/Case Studies).
Copywriting Support
- You provide the basic information and I will help shape it into clear, compelling messaging.
Mobile Optimization
- Your website will be accessible on every screen size (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
Basic SEO Setup
- Titles, descriptions, and keywords to help you get found on Google.
Custom Layout + User Flow
- Your website is built to guide your visitors exactly where you want them to go (book a call, view services page etc.)
Custom Form Integration + Social Links
- Connecting your email newsletter (Mailchimp, FloDesk etc.), calendar/booking link (Calendly etc.), and social media links to your website.
3 Rounds Of Revisions
- I want you to love your website so your feedback matters.
Training Session Before Launch
- You’ll learn how to confidently navigate the backend of your website and update your content.
Website Launch
- I’ll handle the steps to make your website visible so you can focus on sharing your new site with your clients.
30 Days Of Post-Launch Support
- Once your website goes live, I’m still here to troubleshoot any small issues or questions that may come up. Most launches are smooth, but if something does happen, you’re covered.

What’s not included (but I’ll still help with):

There are a few things that aren’t included in the cost of your website package, but don’t worry, I’ll guide you through each one and help with the setup if needed:

Domain Name + Hosting Plan (REQUIRED)
- Your website is required to have a domain name (like yourbusiness.com) and a hosting plan to go live. Squarespace has secure hosting and domain name availability which you’ll need to pay them directly to obtain. I’ll walk you through the steps to set it up or help set it up for you.
  - Squarespace website hosting: approximately $400 +HST /year.
  - Squarespace domain name: between $25-$30 +HST /year
    - New to Squarespace? When you sign up for a new hosting plan, your first year of domain registration is free — perfect if you’re starting from scratch (offer valid for new domains only).
Professional Email (Google Workspace)
- Want an email like hello@yourbusiness.com? I’ll help you set it up through Google Workspace so it looks professional and connects to your site. You have the option of paying Google on a monthly or annual basis.
  - Google Workspace email plan: approximately $110.40 +HST /year (per user)
Third-Party Plug-ins or Add-ons
- Some clients want extra features like language translation or special booking tools. If we use any third-party plug-ins that charge a fee, those costs are covered by you, but I’ll help integrate and configure them as needed.

All of these are optional add-ons (with the exception of your domain name and hosting plan — that is required) and is only included if it’s needed for your website’s functionality or setup. I’ll always let you know in advance if any of these apply to your site.

Before we begin, I’ll need your completed client questionnaire, any existing content (images, copy, branding assets etc.), and access to your domain and/or Squarespace account (if you have one).
Yes, at the end of every website, I provide a 1:1 training so you’ll feel confident updating your site.
You’ll learn how to change text, swap images, and handle simple updates — no coding required.
If you don’t have any copywriting, I’ll help write your copy based on your questionnaire responses, and create a layout that tells your story in a clear, strategic way.

I’ve got things covered but your feedback is important. You’ll need to complete a questionnaire, share your goals, and review your draft site. Beyond that, I’ll handle the tech and strategy so you can stay focused on running your business.
No, I do not offer any branding or logo design. I can work with your existing brand assets — or refer you to a trusted graphic designer if you need help creating a logo or visual identity before we begin.
Having great visuals can really elevate your site, but they’re not totally required. I’ll guide you on what types of images work best and help source high-quality stock photos if needed.
I still strongly recommend having a brand photoshoot done. Personalized photos that feature you, your team, your environment, and your products/services really help your audience connect with you and get to know you better than stock photos will.
